Creating Argo Social Feed Posts
To Post Descriptions, Photos and Videos
Creating posts for your social feed is simple. As shown in the video above, the first section of the social feed tab includes a text box saying “Create a Post.” Simply tap this text box and the post creator will open up. From this screen you can add text, photos and videos. To add photos and videos, click on the icons on the bottom right corner next to “Add to Your Post.”
To Share a Voyage
To share a voyage, go to your Captain’s log (the icon on the bottom left that looks like a book) and select “Voyages” in the top menu. Tap on the voyage you want to share and then press the “share” button (under and to the right of your voyage title).
If you want to edit your voyage before posting, you can by using the “Edit” button in the upper right corner. You can edit the voyage name, summary, start and end locations, and the date and time. To add photos to your voyage, go back to your voyage’s main page and there will be an option to “add photos” at the bottom.
To Share a Place
Similar to sharing a voyage, navigate to your captain’s log and select “Places” in the top menu. There’ll be a list of places you’ve routed to or created during your boating trips. Tap on the place you want to share and then press the “share” button (under and to the right of your place title). If you want to add photos to your place post, go back to the place’s main page and there will be an option to “add photos” at the bottom.
